New Show Home Launch!
Fairview New Homes is opening the doors to a new 3-bedroom 2-bathroom show apartment at the Maritime development on Saturday 27th April 2019.
It is the second show apartment to be unveiled at Maritime since the 83 home-development launched in September 2018.
The apartment is located on the fourth floor and features an open-plan living/kitchen/dining area, utility room as well as a private balcony and terrace area with views over Deptford Creek.
Andy Georgiou, Sales and Marketing Director for Fairview New Homes, commented: “We had an excellent response from buyers when we launched our two-bedroom show apartment in September and with building work progressing well at Maritime, we wanted to give home-hunters the opportunity to explore what our larger properties have to offer.
“Our new three-bedroom show apartment exemplifies the contemporary design of the homes we are building in Greenwich, which feature spacious open plan layouts, integrated appliances and white high gloss kitchen units.
“Maritime is located within one of London’s most desirable boroughs and benefits from excellent transport links to the heart of the capital, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming home-hunters to the development on the 27th April so they can discover for themselves what it has to offer.”
Prices start from £399,000 and Help to Buy is available on properties priced £600,000 and under.

The development, situated only a four-minute walk from Maritime is Deptford Bridge station, is expected to be very popular with buyers working in Central London.
Ben Morris, Director of New Homes at Colliers International said: “Following 30 years of renewal and regeneration, Greenwich is one of the Capital’s most attractive and sought-after areas to live and there are now a number of factors that are putting the area at the top of the buyer wish list – not least, the endless array of entertainment in the vicinity such parks, gyms, cinemas, restaurants and markets which have added life and vibrancy to the area beyond the tourist sites. In addition, surrounding Maritime, and within a short walk, are the University of Greenwich and the Goldsmith’s University of London.
“Furthermore, the Mayor’s Outer London Fund has given £1.5 million, matched by £732,000 from the council, for a series of projects to prepare neighbouring area, Deptford’s high street for the future. These improvements are making the high street more appealing, better equipped to accommodate more residents and able to really fulfil its potential. A grants programme is encouraging people to set up market stalls, offering employment and training to young people.
“Maritime has low service charges and outgoings and good transport links which will only add to its appeal. The development will attract a broad mix of buyers ranging from young professionals to families from Deptford/Greenwich area.”
All apartments are fitted with granite worktops, contemporary white high gloss units and integrated appliances in the open-plan kitchen area (oven; hob; cooker hood; integrated fridge freezer; washer dryer; dishwasher and microwave). There is engineered oak flooring in the lounge, dining area, kitchen and entrance hall and fitted grey carpets in the bedrooms.
