Description of Kings Gate

Kings Gate is a new residential building in Victoria, London SW1.

The house was built on the former Kingsgate office building site.

The property includes 108,000 sq ft prime residential space with 100 private apartments.

Kings Gate comprises 100 private residential apartments, from studios to penthouses - many with views over the Royal Parks and the River Thames - each providing 24-hour porterage and secure parking as standard.

The façade of the building is influenced in part by Italian Modernist architect Luigi Moretti, and is clad in stone with striking limestone pillars and bronze-coloured metal balustrades completing the effect.
