Use of the building to provide 10 residential flats. External alterations including the installation of new railings and glazed lights within pavement on the St James's Street elevation and Cleveland Row elevations, alteration to mansard roof, provision of terrace area at rear fourth floor level and roof level. Excavation works to extend the existing sub-basement level to accommodate car parking spaces and mechanical plant.
