Description of Manor House

Manor House is a Grade II listed building in Soho, London W1.

The building will be redeveloped by the designs of Buckley Gray Yeoman. The scheme is expected to complete in Summer 2018.


Manor House was originally built in 1679 and was altered in 1838.

The building was once home to Andrew Lloyd Webber’s Really Useful Group.

2019 January - WeWork rents the recently redeveloped office building.

Global Holdings Management Group has been granted planning permission from Westminster City Council for an extension and recreation of 21 Soho Square and 3-11 Sutton Row designed by award-winning architects Buckley Gray Yeoman, reports Gerald Eve.

The development consists of roof extensions, terraces on the upper floors, and the creation of a restaurant or retail unit split over the ground floor and basement.

The scheme will create 26,500 sq ft of space, featuring a contemporary reception and a mix of classically-inspired, wood-panelled heritage rooms coupled with an open warehouse aesthetic. The building offers striking premises for a business headquarters in Soho Square, or the opportunity for individual floor lettings.

Gerald Eve and Bluebook are advising Global Holdings Management Group on development and leasing, with completion expected at the end of Summer 2018.
