DWD have settled an appeal against the assessment of the Abercrombie Kids shop at 3 Savile Row, reducing the rateable value from £780,000 to £400,000.
The liability savings were achieved by changing the underlying basis of valuation to follow the method adopted for tailor’s assessments situated in similar buildings in this street.
