44 Berkeley Square is a Grade I listed building from 1744 in Mayfair, London W1.

The building was built for William Kent for Lady Isabella Finch.[1]

The building was home to Annabel's since 1963. In 2018 Annabel's reopened at 46 Berkeley Square.

Home to The Clermont Club until 2018. Reopening in 2020.

The nearest underground station is Green Park on Piccadilly.
