Elgin Estate redevelopment in London W9.

43 new homes will be built:
- 7 new flats with lifts and balconies, for sale.
- 18 additional flats and roof gardens for rent on Athens & Kincardine roof spaces.
- Existing WECH Offices and Community Centre buildings converted to create 2 fully wheelchair accessible three-bed flats, for rent, 2 fully wheelchair accessible two-bed flats, for rent, 2 new flats for rent.
- 12 flats with lift access for rent in the Archway created between the stair towers on Athens and Kincardine Gardens.

The development will include the creation of:
- New bigger WECH community centre on Elgin Avenue
