What’s new? Investment bank Goldman Sachs is set to move to their new £1bn headquarters at Plumtree Court in 2019. Fit-out contractor ISG should be completing the works shortly. Read about the fantastic family-friendly features the 6,000 staff will be able to enjoy, HERE.

2. Bankside Yards SE1

What’s new? McGee is finishing up the demolition work at Sampson House in autumn. The development will create 280,000 sq ft of offices, 489 new apartments, as well as 50,000 sq ft of retail, leisure and cultural uses.

What’s new? 173 new affordable homes from Chalegrove will complete in early 2020.

What’s new? A new planning application was submitted by Landsec in June for an extension along Bressenden Place to provide 14 floors of office accommodation above retail space at ground level.

What’s new? Clarion Housing has launched the affordable homes in the development – Lots Waterside Apartments (Hardwick House). Prices start at £160k for a 25 per cent share and are available only to people living or working within the London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham. The full market value of the properties is £632,379 for a 1-bedroom apartment.

What’s new? Two of the seven new Chelsea Barracks Garden Squares, Mulberry Square and Bourne Walk, were briefly revealed to the public in May this year. Apartments and townhouses are for sale through Savills and Knight Frank.

7. Newfoundland E14

What’s new? A new 9,000 sq ft flagship M restaurant is scheduled to open in the built to rent tower by Canary Wharf Group in 2020. The apartments are expected to complete next summer.

8. The Broadway SW1

What’s New? The works on the six new residential-led buildings in Victoria are progressing well, with handover expected in December 2021. To follow the progress of the site, please visit the construction website by Multiplex.

9. West End Gate W2

What’s New? The new Sales and Marketing Suite launched at West End Gate in July. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments are for sale with prices starting at £865,000 in Garrett Mansions. Westmark Tower apartments are slightly more expensive, starting at £910,000. Register your interest with Berkeley.

What’s New? BT announced it will relocate its global headquarters from 81 Newgate Street in St Paul’s to One Braham office building in late 2021.
