Weekly Launch News: Kensal View NW10 & Aster at The Verdean W3

The ‘Why rent when you can buy?’ event hosted by Weston Homes at Abbey Quay in Barking IG11 takes place this weekend on Saturday the 29th & Sunday the 30th of October. The first phase is now 85% sold with some one and two-bedroom homes remaining with prices starting from £332,000. The 6-acre scheme will include a riverside plaza and walking routes along the River Roding, on-site shops, cafés, restaurants and welcoming communal spaces.

koa at Electric Boulevard SW8 within the Battersea Power Station development is introduced by Savills at an exhibition in Hong Kong on Saturday 29th and Sunday 30th of October. 204 studios, one and two-bedroom apartments are available in this collection where prices start from £575,000.

CGI Kensal View NW10 by Yellow Brick Estates

Just Launched

Developer Yellow Brick Estates has launched Kensal View NW1 (image), a new residential development in the heart of the Kensal Rise regeneration zone. The scheme offers 38 one, two and three-bedroom apartments, all of which are available through the Government’s Help to Buy scheme (ends on Monday 31st Oct 2022). Prices at Kensal View start from £475,000 for a one-bedroom apartment.

Aster at The Verdean W3 in Acton W3 has just been launched by Mount Anvil and Catalyst Homes. The new building designed by Chapman Taylor comprises 170 homes including 42 studios, 91 one-beds and 37 two-bedroom apartments. Prices start from £375,000 for a studio, £481,000 for a one-bed, and £629,000 for a two-bedroom apartment. Expected completion 2026.

The Charlton at King’s Road Park SW6 was launched by St William in Fulham this week. A collection of suites, one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments and penthouses are for sale. Expected completion in early 2027.

The Cascades at White City Living W12 by St James offers new homes in four new buildings connected by 150m of water and surrounded by oriental trees and plants. Studios, one, two and three-bedroom apartments are for sale. Prices start from £750,000. Completions from Q1 2024.

North West Quarter NW6 by Countryside Properties is now selling one, two and three-bedroom apartments with prices starting from £530,000. The first of this latest collection of homes and amenities is anticipated to complete in the summer of 2023.
