Overview

n2 is an office development at the rear of Victoria Palace Theatre in London SW1.

The building comprises 160,000 sq ft of office space with a terrace on each floor – opening up the public realm and connecting Nova to another of our sites in Victoria, Cardinal Place.

The scheme will open up a route through the Victoria estate.

Start on site April 2019 with delivery Q2 2023.

The building is targeting BREEAM Outstanding and WELL Core Gold certifications.

Also known as Nova East and Nova Evolved.

History

2019 May - Nova East scheme amendments with the planners due to be determined in June. Onsite with enabling works ready to start piling in July.

2016 - Planning permission granted from Westminster Council for the construction of new 16-storey office (Class B1) building (Building 6a) fronting a realigned Allington Street and Bressenden Place with part flexible retail use (Class B1/A1-A5) at the ground and first floor.
