HISTORY
Completed in 1995, Eland House was one of the first steps in Land Securities' regeneration of Victoria that has been growing in momentum ever since. It spans over 23,500 square metres in the heart of Victoria, complementing nearby Portland House and just down the road from the spectacular mixed-use development at Cardinal Place. Since opening, it has been home to the Department of the Environment and the Office of the Deputy Prime Minister.
