Overview

New Era is a redevelopment of a 1930s estate in Hoxton, London N1.

Dolphin Living is redeveloping the New Era Estate in Hackney creating 199 new homes and retail space. Designed by Allies and Morrison, the scheme includes 344m2 of retail space in buildings up to 14 storeys in height.

The existing tenants live at the new 333 Kingsland Road apartments during the construction works. Once complete all existing New Era tenants will be offered a home on the rebuilt estate on the same terms as their current tenancy.

2020 July - Planning approval from London Borough of Hackney for a mixed-use development that includes 199 new homes.
