2 Ashbridge Street is a re-development of the existing BT Repeater Station in London NW8.
The new 5-storey building will contain 26 affordable homes.
The construction will provide some of the first new homes as part of the Church Street regeneration programme, which will see the development of ca 1,750 new homes over the next 15-20 years.

2019 March - Planning permission granted.
2017 December - Planning application submitted for:
Demolition of existing BT Repeater Station building, with retention of BT service area and associated access. Redevelopment of the site to erect a five storey building to provide 26 residential units, with existing basement floor used to provide parking, plant and services spaces accessed via a new ramp from Ashbridge Street. Removal of existing vehicular ramp to rear of site and provision of new landscaping to amenity space. Architect: ECD Architects. Westminster Council ref. no. 17/10968/COFUL.
