Overview

International Way is a new development on a 1.14-acre site in Stratford, London E20.

The development will include 380 new homes, made up of 247 build to rent apartments and 133 affordable homes, alongside office and commercial space. There will also be an extensive communal amenity space including a resident’s lounge, terrace and gym.

The development comprises 79 homes for affordable rent and 54 discounted market rent homes.

History:

2020 August - Telford Homes received a resolution to grant planning consent for a site on International Way in Stratford. The site is owned by LCR, The Department for Transport and HS1 Ltd. In accordance with a conditional contract exchanged in 2019 it will be acquired by Telford Homes once a full legal planning permission is issued.

2019 Feb - LCR agrees to the conditional sale of the site to Telford Homes Plc for a total cash consideration of £20m, subject to achieving a satisfactory planning consent.
