Royal Eden Docks is a new residential-led development in Newham, London.

A development by Mount Anvil and ExCeL London. The two new phases will deliver 796 new homes.

New Homes: The development will comprise a selection of studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments, with 35% affordable housing (by habitable room).

Amenities: 5,000m2 landscaped garden space in total. Two private, leafy courtyards. Green rooftops. 17 fitness and relaxation amenities. All less than 100 metres from the water’s edge.

The Courtyard - Phase I
The Courtyard is in the south-eastern corner. The 14-storey building comprises 112 apartments. Studios,1, 2 and 3-bedroom homes with green views to the west and water views to the east. Sold out.

The Botanist - Phase II
Studios, 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments launched in March 2020.

The Wellspring - Phase III
The Wellspring is a collection of 101, one, two and three-bedroom apartments in a 15-storey tower with prices starting from £357,000. Launched on 15th October 2020, this phase also provides direct access to the roof running track, reflexology walkway and additional communal outdoor gardens for yoga, stretching and other exercises.

The Ellipse

The £8bn investment programme is set to create seven million sq. ft. of commercial jobs, with 35,000 new jobs and 4,000 new homes. It has received a £314m investment package, approved by the Mayor of London, which accelerates the regeneration.


The construction programme is expected to take place over five and a half years, completing in 2024. The first phase will complete in 2022.

Royal Eden Docks is the next phase following the first Royal Docks West.


The new quarter will also benefit from connectivity via a Crossrail station, the neighbouring London City Airport, and a new port, which makes it uniquely globally connected.
