Overview

Camden Goods Yard is a residential-led mixed-use development on the 3.3 ha site of the Morrisons Superstore and Petrol Filling Station in Camden, London NW1.

The 8-acre brownfield site next to Camden Market will be transformed into a mixed-use neighbourhood, with 644 mixed-tenure homes, alongside a new flagship 55,000 sq ft Morrisons supermarket.

Visitors of Camden Goods Yard can enjoy a rooftop urban farm, a range of community facilities, shops, cafés, maker workshops, and Grade A office space; including 6,000 sq ft affordable workspace for SMEs.

The Regent at Camden Goods Yard will provide three acres of new landscaped open space for the whole community to explore, with extensive play facilities for children of all ages.

The new green spaces will include a mix of natural habitats, with wild planting and trees that boost biodiversity.

The largest area of public open space will be Interchange Yard, which will act as a focal point for the community, with allotments and three new public squares. The rooftop urban farm will also include a growing facility, as well as a café-restaurant.

More than 780 jobs will be created during construction, with more than 70 apprenticeships for local people. In addition, the new neighbourhood will support more than 1,150 permanent jobs once complete.

441 luxury private homes across two buildings will be completed in Q3 2025. Amenities include three screening rooms, a gym, a swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room.
