2014 September - developer CLS Holdings Plc is granted planning permission for the redevelopment of Westminster Tower into a mixed-use building.

Westminster Tower offers an opportunity to be located within easy reach of both Waterloo and Vauxhall mainline stations whilst being convenient for Central London.

Boyer was instructed by CLS Holdings to negotiate refurbishment and a change of use.

The original building was constructed in 1983.
