Overview
Red Lion Court is an office development by Landsec on the banks of the River Thames in South London SE1.
Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, the new Red Lion Court building will deliver 230,000 sq ft of Grade A offices, retail and open public space on the banks of the River Thames, adjacent to Borough Yards.
Floorplates range from 18,000 to 26,600 sq ft with access to outdoor spaces on every floor, an extensive communal roof terrace and a view of the city.
History
The land at Red Lion Court was originally part of the historic Anchor Brewery. First established in 1616, by the early 19nth-century it had become the largest brewery in the world. Later, the site became houses and wharf buildings, and in the 1980’s it became an office building.
