2019 June - Dukelease and Henderson Park acquire the freehold building from Israeli pension fund Harel Insurance & Financial for £121,250,000, and features a mix of retail, restaurant, office and gym accommodation arranged over basement, ground and eight upper floors. Henderson Park and Dukelease Properties plan to alter and refurbish Ibex House over time, optimising it as a prime commercial space in the capital. At the time, the building is let to multiple tenants, including Breast Cancer Now, Capita and BBC Media Action.
