Luxury apartment building Atrium reaches construction milestone

Luxury London apartment building Atrium reached a milestone in its construction this week.

The scheme that will boast a five bedroom duplex penthouse with sweeping views across Regent’s Park has been a favourite among Buildington visitors looking to invest in London property.

Main contractor Shepherd Construction joined with Pantelli Associates and Profin to sign the last section of steelwork in the construction programme of The Atrium on Park Road, which is set to become one of the finest apartment schemes in St John’s Wood NW1.

Construction and interior fit-out of The Atrium is due to complete in February 2013 when it will offer 27 opulent apartments, all finished to the highest possible specification. The 3,218 sq ft penthouse on the 6th and 7th floors will include a roof terrace and circular living and dining area offering panoramic views over Regent’s Park and Regent’s Canal towards Primrose Hill. The penthouse is on sale at £9.75 million.

The Atrium will also include a two-storey basement car park which has involved excavating down to a depth of 15 metres below ground level.
