43 London’s top buildings with apartments for rent in September 2023

Written on .

As August concludes in London, the last-minute hustle for that perfect apartment for September truly kicks in.

There’s been a noticeable buzz in Buildington’s Trends around specific buildings, particularly those offering homes for rent. Sitting proudly at the top today is Dandi on the Hill HA1, welcoming its first wave of residents. Close on its heels in the limelight is Author King’s Cross N1C, a newly launched Build-to-Rent (BtR) development.

According to the latest BtR report by estate agent Savills, The UK rental market is currently facing supply-demand issues, with new rents growing over 10% for 16 months. Many tenants are renewing leases to avoid high rents, making supply tighter. The Build to Rent developments, especially in London, are increasing, making up half of the new home sales in Q1 2023.

As we approach the eleventh hour of this high season, it’s essential to use smart searching strategies, such as exploring entire buildings that offer multiple rental apartments. The simplest route is to reach out directly to operators of rental buildings and you can do that by contacting all of them via a registration form on their website. For your convenience, we’ve collated a fresh list of rental buildings in London, categorised by area. Click on the development/building name to go to its profile, where you’ll find the link to the official website to register your interest. Make sure to add as much info as possible.
