BREEAM 2016 Award nominees

The nominees on the shortlist for the BREEAM 2016 Award have just been announced, and we are proud to see 7 out of the total 40 world leading sustainable buildings to be from London.

Every certification under BREEAM was considered for entry but only the top 5 scoring buildings within each category made it to the final list. Projects must have been certificated between Dec 1st 2014 – November 28th 2015.

8-10 Berkeley Square

Mixed Use & Other
Five Pancras Square
United States Embassy

Residential
South Bank Tower
The Lincolns, 39-45 Grays Inn Road

A panel of independent industry judges will make the final decision and the winners will be announced at the awards ceremony on 8th March.
