1. Kensington Row Kensington W14
Kensington Row by St Edward was most popular in June for a very good reason. It was announced that 68 apartments in the affordable buildings of the development will be rented out to the survivors of Grenfell Tower fire.

2. Goodluck Hope Leamouth Peninsula E14
The development launched 15th July 2017 with prices starting from £335,000. Less than a month later the apartments were advertised with a starting price of £542,500 (Metro 27.06.2017).

3. No 1 Grosvenor Square Mayfair W1
No 1 Grosvenor Square launched in the beginning of June 2017.

4. West End Gate London W2
Next phase of West End Gate is launching in Autumn 2017, you can register your interest now.

5. 88 Lampton Road Hounslow TW3
The first phase of the project began in December 2016 and will provide 160 affordable homes, a mix of Shared Ownership and affordable rent available through Notting Hill Housing Group.

6. Chelsea Barracks Chelsea SW3
Next exhibition to view the developing design proposals for Phase 5b and Phase 6a of the Chelsea Barracks site take place in July 2017.

7. Nova Victoria SW1
Nova’s first phase completed in April 2017. 49% of the 480,000 sq ft office space and 93% of the retail and food-related space is now let. 148 of the 170 apartments have now been sold (Land Securities annual report from June 2017). Nova East, the second phase of Nova, statutory approvals are being finalised and will start on site when the time is right.

8. 8-10 Great George Street Westminster SW1
Hermes will convert this 8-10 Great George Street into a luxury residential building.

9. Rathbone Square Fitzrovia W1
Rathbone Square should be completing in September 2017.

10. White City Place White City W12
Two gyms, Studio Lagree and F45 will be opening here; Yoox Net-A-Porter Group has unveiled a new Tech Hub in the MediaWorks building at White City Place.
