Barratt cuts prices of new homes in London

Barratt Developments announced today that it has reduced prices for some of its new homes in London. 

“In general, consumer demand is robust, driven by an undersupply of homes, good mortgage availability and a supportive Government policy environment including Help to Buy (Equity Loan). At the same time market conditions in London at higher selling prices remain more challenging. To mitigate these risks we have taken pricing action on a number of our sites in London,” said David Thomas, Chief Executive of Barratt Developments.

Here are some prices for Barratt’s new homes in London:

Soho 13 in London W1 prices start from £3,750,000 to £6,575,000
Landmark Place in London EC3 from £810,000 to £4,000,000
Chapter Street in London SW1 from £830,000 to £1,857,500
Camden Courtyards in London NW1 from £575,000 to £815,000
Hendon Waterside in London NW9 from £465,000 to £552,500
Hampstead Reach in London NW11 from £3,650,000 to £4,800,000
Aldgate Place in London E1 from £2,550,000
Lombard Wharf in London SW11 from £678,000 to £1,588,000
Putney Rise in London SW15 from £530,000 to £1,210,000
Blackfriars Circus in London SE1 from £595,000 to £1,065,000
Catford Green in London SE6 from £357,000 to £555,000
Greenland Place in London SE8 from £398,000 to £525,000
Enderby Wharf in London SE10 from £430,000 to £845,000
Harrow Square in London HA1 from £295,000 to £624,000
Wembley Park Gate in London HA9 from £434,000 to £722,000
