On Buildington, you can specify the location of the development by:
Street: For example, South Audley Street
Postcode: SW1 or even SW1 1AA
Local area / Neighbourhood: Mayfair
Local authority / Borough: Westminster

1. Go to New Developments list;
2. In the search filter choose:
   – Residential prices: Find new homes actively selling with known starting price;
   – Use Class: Residential units are C3;
   – Postcode: Specify postcode, such as SW1 or SW1 1AA;
   – Local Area: Specify neighbourhood, such as Mayfair;
   – Local Authority: Specify the borough, such as Westminster;
   – Milestones: Specify the key milestone reached, such as Sales Launch, 50% sold or Completed;
   – Completion: Specify completion date, for example, 2022 or Summer 2023.

New Build Offices

1. Go to New Developments list;
2. In the search filter choose:
– Use Class: Commercial units are use class E;
– Building Type: Offices can be in Commercial or Mixed Use buildings;
– Postcode: Specify postcode, such as SW1 or SW1 1AA;
– Local Area: Specify neighbourhood, such as Mayfair;
– Local Authority: Specify the borough, such as Westminster;
– Milestones: Specify the key milestone reached, such as Planning Permission Granted, Coming Soon or Completed;
– Completion: Specify completion date, for example, 2023 or July 2025.

New Build Hotels

1. Go to New Developments list;
2. In the search filter choose:
– Use Class: Hotels are use class C1;
– Postcode: Specify the postcode, such as SW1 or SW1 1AA;
– Local Area: Specify neighbourhood, such as Mayfair;
– Local Authority: Specify the borough, such as Westminster;
– Milestones: Specify the key milestone reached, such as Topped Out or Grand Opening;
– Completion: Specify completion date, for example, 2022 or Spring 2022.
