How To Find The Best Estate Agent in London

Written on .

The easiest way to get information about the London property market is by signing up with a local estate agent. They have the inside info, the contacts, the know how. But how do you know which one to choose when there are hundreds to pick from?

One option is to look at the new developments and buildings listed on Buildington, where all the new homes and offices are neatly sorted by postcode. Just choose an area and explore the properties. You’ll probably notice a pattern soon. If Knight Frank is marked as the agent for more than one development in Bayswater, they probably know that market well. The best estate agents have a long list of suitable clients waiting in their books and because of this some properties don’t even have to be advertised.

Simply go to our New Developments or existing Buildings list, pick a postcode you prefer, then click on the project to see its’ full profile.

Inside the property profile, scroll down to Connected Companies to see who handles the sales. The estate agents marketing the apartments at The Hempel Collection are Knight Frank and Strutt & Parker. Knight Frank’s office is basically around the corner at 1 Craven Terrace, so they probably know all about the homes for sale in Bayswater. Click on the sales agent’s name to open up their profile, which shows all the connections they have.

Estate agent Strutt & Parker’s profile page on Buildington. Here you can see all the developments and buildings that the agent is selling right now or has done in the past . Of course, we do not have all their properties listed yet but we are working on it! Overall we currently have over 850 new developments and more than 4,800 existing buildings in our database.

We hope the connections on our site will help you find the best estate agent who will find your dream home!
