Inspired by…The Beatles!

Written on .

Did you know that the façade of The Chilterns residential development in Marylebone was inspired by music and more specifically – the Beatles?!

Notice how the vertical stripes look like music records on shelves. Galliard Homes says that the reason for this music inspired theme is Beatles’ legendary Apple Boutique, which used to be located a few doors down from where The Chilterns is today, at 94 Baker Street.

The Chilterns is also close to 34 Montagu Square, the building where John Lennon lived in 1968.
