Fitzrovia is a small area in central London between Marylebone and Bloomsbury, up from Soho and south of Regent’s Park. It lies partly in the City of Westminster and partly in the London Borough of Camden. New homes here can easily sell out before you see them advertised!

The property in the area is a mix of offices, retail, residences, healthcare and educational. It’s the colourful history and the bohemian feel of the area that attracts a lot of media companies, designers and architects.

Fitzrovia is within easy walking distance from all the best that London has to offer – British Museum, Soho nightlife, West End theatres, Regent’s Park, Oxford Street shopping and of course many world class restaurants. This Victorian warehouse style office building at 33 Foley Street will be turned into a luxury residence with 33 loft style apartments designed by TG Studios.
