New homes in Wandsworth, London SW18

Written on .

If you’re looking for a new home in an area with character and long history – the heart of Wandsworth is just the place! It is one of the most exciting development zones in London today, located next to two large regeneration areas Battersea and Nine Elms.

With just a 10 minute stroll from River Thames, the area will soon look very different with so many new buildings and a rejuvenated public realm. The Transport for London is planning to remove through-traffic from the main shopping areas by re-routing the A3 and A205 South Circular. The town centre will be a lot greener, with wider pavements for pedestrians, new shopfronts and cycle-friendly roads.
