New London Homes Completing in Autumn 2017

Thousands of new homes are under construction in London, so how do you narrow down the search to find that perfect one?

Today we are looking at the ones ready to move into shortly – these new apartments and houses due to be completed in autumn 2017. Scroll down and click on the development name to find out more about each one.

Kensington Row off Kensington High Street in London W14
The apartments at The Cityhouse Collection at the Kensington Row by St Edward are expected to complete in autumn 2017. Great location for someone who wants to live close to the Design Museum and Holland Park. Prices currently start from £1,575,000.

Centre Point in Central London WC1
The redevelopment of the iconic Grade II listed tower started in January 2015 and is expected to complete in 2017. Current price range according to sales agent Knight Frank is £1,825,000 – £55,000,000.

Rathbone Square in Fitzrovia, London W1
If you have been trying to contact Facebook without success, Rathbone Square is where you want to live! The social networking site has leased the entire One Rathbone Square, which is directly opposite the apartment block. The apartments are due to complete in September 2017. Sales agent JLL still has one 3 bed and one 4 bed available, with prices starting from £7,110,000. Too expensive? Not to worry, you haven’t missed the train to buy the affordable units yet – these will be launched by Fabrica in October 2017 but you must register now!

Gasholders in Kings Cross in London N1
145 apartments within a refurbished Grade II-listed gasholder guide frames. Marketed by Knight Frank, the prices now start from £810,000.

King Edwards in Hackney, London E9
A few 2-3 bedroom apartments and duplexes by Linden Homes are still available.

Waterside Apartments in Hackney, London E9
New 1- and 2-bedroom apartments completing in autumn 2017. Marketed by Bridge, the prices start from £399,995.

Manhattan Plaza in Poplar, London E14
120 private apartments, including one, two and three-bedroom apartments and penthouses, along with six superb townhouses from Telford Homes are due to complete this autumn or in early 2018. Prices currently start from £550,000 (through JLL). NB! Register on the development website for the grand opening of the development on 21st September 2017.

Hepple & White in Bermondsey, London SE1
3 and 4 bedroom townhouses for sale. Developed by Galliard and Acorn Property Group. The homes are expected to complete in Q4 2017.

Eagle House in Wimbledon Village, London SW19
Cannot decide whether to buy old or new? Why not get a little of both by purchasing a home at the Grade II* listed Eagle House, which is extensively refurbished, extended and converted into 8 apartments. Octagon Developments, in partnership with Criterion Capital, is completing this development in autumn 2017.
