Park-facing apartments launching at the Television Centre W12

New release of park-facing apartments at the Television Centre in Shepherds Bush W12 are launching on Saturday 25th February.

The prices for the 48 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments at The Crescent start from £750,000.

The homes are set to complete in summer 2018.

The new residences in the building are looking to the west enjoying views over the quiet Hammersmith Park and its Japanese garden. The ornamental garden was completed in 1910 as part of the Japan-British Exhibition at White City in 1910, and the oldest traditional Japanese garden in a public place in Britain.

All apartments here have an outside space – either a balcony or a terrace.

The building and the interiors were both designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris.

The amenities in the development include the 24h concierge, feature lobby, shared workshop, screening room, health centre, spa and swimming pool. The Television Centre will also house offices and television studios, independent restaurants, a four-screen cinema, 47-room hotel and members’ club from Soho House.

The location of the development is ideal – next to Holland Park, Notting Hill and Westfield shopping centre. It is also right next to the world’s Top 10 ranked university Imperial College London’s new campus.

The joint sales agents at the development are Strutt & Parker and Savills.
