One of the most photographed developments on Buildington in 2014 was definitely the Queens in Bayswater. It was exciting to finally see the old 1930s Art Deco cinema façade restoration unveiled.

In this video architect Mike Stiff of Stiff + Trevillion and Simon Silver, Director of Derwent London, introduce the building that has been shortlisted for 2015 awards by RICS and RIBA. Development manager Peter Pulford then takes you to the penthouse with the terrace that has a great view over Queensway and Whiteleys shopping centre. Residential Surveyor Joanna Buckley gives a quick overview on sales and marketing of the building.

We also hear about a few other residential developments by Derwent London that are currently in the pipeline – Suffolk House at 114 Whitfield Street, 65 and 69 Whitfield Street and 73 Charlotte Street in London W1.
