        The new building at Berkeley’s West End Gate is called Garrett Mansions and it launched this past weekend. Prices starting from £855,000.
      3. The Silk District E1
        Developer: Mount Anvil, L&Q
        Completion: 2021
        This exciting new development in Whitechapel, The Silk District, launched last week. It is a mixed-use development with apartments starting from £445,000.
      4. No. 1 Grosvenor Square W1
        Developer: Lodha
        Completion: 2019
        44 new apartments overlooking one of London’s finest squares in Mayfair.
      5. Bow Corner E3
        Completion: 2018
        This residential development by Hill was launched at the beginning of March. Prices from £435,000.
      6. Chelsea Barracks SW1
