1. Chelsea Barracks SW1
This exclusive development by Qatari Diar in Chelsea has a very desirable location close to River Thames, Sloane Square and Kings Road. Completing in phases from 2018.
2. West End Gate W2
This development by Berkeley on Edgware Road launched at the end of January 2017. It has a great location just a short walk from Hyde Park, Paddington Station and Oxford Street.
3. Nova SW1
Nova in Victoria is a new mecca for foodies. So many new and exciting restaurants and cafes have just opened or will be soon. More than a dozen, in fact. Just check out Nova Food here. Now imagine living next to all this!
4. No 1 Grosvenor Square W1
We don’t have the link to the sales site for No 1 Grosvenor Square in Mayfair yet. LODHA website says the development is coming soon! It is expected to complete in 2018.
5. Rathbone Square W1
The freehold of Rathbone Square was sold by Great Portland Estates for £435 million in February. The development will be completed in Spring 2017.
6. Clarges Mayfair W1
The offices at 7 Clarges Street were 83 per cent let on January. The 12 remaining apartments will be marketed in late 2017 upon completion of the development.
7. The Post Building WC1
In January managment consultant McKinsey announced it will take 100,000 sq ft of office space in this development. Completing in 2018.
8. Paddington Exchange W2
This development should now be complete.
9. Twenty Grosvenor Square W1
Exclusive development in Mayfair completing in 2018.
10. Thirty2 NW3
New show home opened here in February.
