West End Gate Brings Over 600 New Apartments to Edgware Road W2
The largest development to launch in London so far this year is WEST END GATE on Edgware Road W2.
Launching this weekend, on Saturday 28th and Sunday 29th January, the phase one of the development will include the 30-storey Westmark Tower. The building designed by Squire & Partners comprises a range of Manhattan suites, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments. Marketed by JLL, the prices start from £620,000.
The amenities at West End Gate will include 24-hour concierge service, cinema room, swimming pool, and gymnasium.
Once completed, the site will have a mix of buildings with commercial space and up to 652 residential units (including 126 affordable housing units), beautiful landscaping, car and cycle parking.
The new scheme is right next to the tunnel entrance to Edgware Road Station (District and Circle Line) but Paddington Station is also just 5-10 minutes’ walk away.
Just across the road is Marylebone. Hyde Park and Marble Arch are just 10 minutes’ walk down the street.
