Why West Ham United fans will be buying up new homes in Upton Gardens E13

Barratt London is launching Upton Gardens in East London E13 today – on the site of the West Ham United football club’s former home.

You are not just buying a home here, you will own a piece of sporting history!

The new development in central Newham will comprise 842 new homes with one, two, three and four-bedrooms for sale.

All the apartments will offer private outdoor space.

Amenities include 24h concierge, landscaped gardens, residents’ fitness suite and cycle storage.

Upton Park Underground station is just 6-minutes’ walk from the development.

The guide price for the 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments is currently from £350,000 up to £530,000.

According to the advertisement in Homes & Property, the legal fees will be paid for the reservations taken on the launch event today 22.02.2017 (conditions apply).
