17 facts about the new Regency Heights development in Park Royal NW10

Fairview New Homes will be launching the Regency Heights development in Park Royal this weekend, on Saturday 18th and Sunday 19th May 2019.

Here is what we know so far…

Regency Heights is part of a wider scheme known as First Central, built on the site of the former Guinness Brewery (1933-2005) on Lakeside Drive. The 5.5ha site will deliver 807 new homes in total and is developed in a joint venture between Fairview and L&Q;
Planning permission was granted by the local authority London Borough of Brent in 2017(see more);
Regency Heights comprises three courtyard blocks called Baronet, Viscount and Marquess House;
The houses were designed by Allies and Morrison;
The buildings will contain 499 studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments;
Baronet House is set over 26 floors and features a fine selection of 174 studios, 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments;
Marquess House will be built over 13 floors and features 36 superb 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments;
Fully fitted kitchens will have granite worktops and Zanussi appliances;
All apartments have sprinkler systems included;
Each apartment comes with private outdoor space (either a balcony or a terrace);
The first residents are expected to move into the development in autumn 2019;
Prices at UK launch start from £379,000;
Park Royal and Hanger Lane tube stations are 10-minutes’ walk away;
It takes just 8 minutes to Westfield London and 22 mins to Oxford Circus by Central Line tube from Hanger Lane;
The nearest Crossrail station at Acton Main Line will be just 6 minutes’ drive away;
The new Old Oak Common interchange hub, which is set to open in 2026, will be just two miles from the development and host direct access to major cities including Birmingham and Manchester;
First Central development forms part of the Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation’s (OPDC) £26 billion regeneration plans to create a new district in west London, which will see approximately 25,000 new homes built over the next four decades and transform the Old Oak Common Rail Depot in to a major interchange station with Great Western services and the only high-speed rail interchange in the UK served by Crossrail and HS2 services.
