1. Chelsea Barracks Chelsea SW3
The first phase is due to complete in 2018! Savills and Knight Frank are marketing the new homes (price on application).

2. Principal Place Shoreditch EC2
Eventually taking all 600,000 sq. ft., Amazon moved to the 15-storey Principal Place headquarters in July 2017. The residential part of the development, called Principal Tower, is completing in 2019. More than 2/3 of the 301 apartments had sold off-plan by November 2017, reported The Telegraph last month. Ca 40% are from Europe and the UK, 20% from North America and 30% from the Middle and Far East.

3. No. 1 Grosvenor Square Mayfair W1
The development is due to complete in December 2019. One of the more opulent residences here is called The Ambassador’s House, wrote The Telegraph in September. It comes with one of only two private front doors on Grosvenor Square.

4. West End Gate Paddington W2
Prices at West End Gate currently start from £935,000. Expected completion 2020.

5. 88 Lampton Road Hounslow TW3
The first phase of the project by Notting Hill Housing began in December 2016 and will provide 160 affordable homes, a mix of Shared Ownership and affordable rent.

6. Television Centre White City W12
The buyers in the Television Centre come from 26 different nations but the majority is from West London, reports City AM. Completions from Q4 2017 to Q4 2018.

7. Rathbone Square Fitzrovia W1
Great Portland Estates achieved practical completion of the 142 private residential units by the end of November 2017 and will commence handing over the 140 pre-sold apartments to the buyers early in the New Year. Shared Ownership homes from Fabrica are coming soon, according to the website.

8. White City Place White City W12
Feast Bar & Kitchen
will be launching at White City Place on 7th December 2017! The Paul Institute announced in November they will move into the circular Rotunda, a self-contained 2-storey annex which used to house a BBC discotheque for staff. It will be transformed into 3,000 sq ft of creative space for the Paul Institute to occupy.

9. 150 Bishopsgate City of London EC3
Construction Enquirer reports that Lendlease has been chosen as the Main Contractor for the £300m development.

10. Chobham Farm Newham E15
Second phase apartments are available through Taylor Wimpey from £450,000 – £999,995.
