200+ new London developments completing in 2020

We hope you’ve had a good holiday with plenty of rest because we have another unpredictable journey ahead! Not to worry though, we can already see some interesting new trends developing, making it a lot easier for you to find that new home or office you have been dreaming about.

Several estate agents and developers have realised that big show events work – Home Buyers Event by Fairview New Homes will take place at the end of January and First Time Buyer Showcase by Savills early February.

The very first event on our 2020 Launch Calendar is for Mount Anvil’s Georgette South and it takes place today, 7th January, at The Silk District development in Whitechapel E1. Studios to 3-bedroom houses are available from £467,000.
