1. No. 1 Grosvenor Square Mayfair W1
The new luxury apartments by Lodha Group at No. 1 Grosvenor Square were officially launched in June 2017. The development marketed by Savills and Knight Frank is due to complete in 2019.

2. 88 Lampton Road Hounslow TW3
919 apartments (459 private sale, 370 Shared Ownership, 90 affordable rent) in buildings designed by Allies and Morrison.

3. West End Gate Paddington W2
The new phase is launching in Autumn 2017.

4. Chelsea Barracks Chelsea SW3
Phase 5b and 6a exhibitions took place in July. See exhibition boards here.

5. Rathbone Square Fitzrovia W1
The development is due to complete in September 2017. Affordable apartments by Fabrica are launching in October 2017.

6. Nova Victoria SW1
The development was completed in Spring 2017. 148 out of 170 flats were sold by May 2017.

Marketed by JLL, the prices for the new riverside homes currently start at £505,500.

8. 5 Strand London WC2
Westminster City Council approved Adjaye Associates’ plans for the redevelopment of 5 Strand in July. The development by BlackRock, managed by Alchemi Group, will create new offices and 26 luxury apartments on the site next to Trafalgar Square.

9. White City Place White City W12
Huckletree West, a pioneering hub for creative start-ups, is due to launch at White City Place in September 2017. Its 500 members will get access to 30 private studios, 150 dedicated desks and 100 hot desks, giving the city’s digital lifestyle start-ups plenty of flexibility and expansion opportunities.

10. Chobham Farm Newham E15
471 new homes on 5.5 acres will be completed in Summer 2018.
